Apr 8 2008: GREAT AWAKENING TOUR, CITY #29
Testimony:
A Lady with family was so hungry and desperate to receive Christ. I knocked on her door; she was very receptive, ripe and ready. The ones that said the prayer to receive Christ seemed to want others to do it as well and I had a word for the lady. It was my first time out of the 4 walls of the church and 50 got saved. Linda B.

That is awesome – 50 People saved! The harvest is ripe. Log on to see pictures of people getting saved in meetings and on the streets.

It is so spectacular to see what God is doing on the Great Awakening Tour with Dr. Rodney Howard-Browne and his team of soul-winners. I went on a tour some months ago in Baton Rouge, LA. For many people, it was their 1st time going out soul-winning. And actually, some of the people we took out were not saved themselves, but were a part of a half-way house and were kind of forced to go out. Well, when they came back, not only did they lead hundreds to the Lord, but they led themselves to the Lord. One guy had led around 30 people to the Lord, and then he got it. It was like something “clicked” and he led himself to the Lord!

I agree it is awesome to see what God is doing in the Great Awakening Tour. People are going to these meetings and God touches them and God gives them a passion for the lost. The team then trains these people on how to win the lost.

I was trained by the team and had only won one person to the Lord up until then. Now it’s been thousands, and only because I got out of my comfort zone. God doesn’t want us to stay comfortable. He wants us to step out of the boat!

Linda, that is wonderful. It is so easy to use the soul winning tools that Pastor has. You can even download them from the internet. If you have never tried to use them, get out of the four walls of the church and give them a try. You will be surprised how many people are receptive.
